Intensive Outpatient Program for Adolescents

The intensive outpatient program (IOP) focuses on adolescents with substance use disorders developing an understanding and desire for healthy lifestyles, free from drugs, alcohol and self-destructive behaviors. Adolescents are monitored with quantitative, state of the art drug-screens. The program meets four times per week and encompasses multi-methods of treatment including individual, family and group therapy.  The program emphasizes the importance of family dynamics, boundaries and communication in recovery. Components of Youth Alcoholics Anonymous and Families Anonymous are integrated into treatment to provide support and assist in maintenance of sobriety for both the adolescents and families in recovery.  In addition to the treatment services, adolescents are also encouraged to participate in sober social activities sponsored by FAIR and FAIR families.

Cost of IOP treatment is covered partially or mostly by insurance.  Self-pay rates are available.
